Description of Service
Airport Code Quest is a platform for pilots to:
- Track flights and airport landings
- Participate in quests to visit airports
- Earn badges and achievements
- Compete on leaderboards
- Import flight data from electronic flight bags
User Accounts
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Not create multiple accounts for the same person
User Content
You retain ownership of the flight data and other content you submit to Airport Code Quest.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing our service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading flight data
- Impersonate another person or pilot
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Flight Data Accuracy
Airport Code Quest is designed for recreational tracking and gamification purposes. While we strive to maintain accurate airport data, you acknowledge that our service is not an official logbook and should not be used as the sole record of your flights.
Airport Code Quest is not a substitute for your official pilot logbook. Always maintain proper FAA-compliant flight records.
Intellectual Property
The Airport Code Quest service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Keller Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party services such as FlightAware and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

Airport Code Quest is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keller Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keller Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
